What We Collect
When you purchase a product we ask you for information
such as name, e-mail address, mailing address, and credit card
information. We store and use this information so that we can
process your order. If necessary, we may use this information
to contact you for help processing the order. If you register
as a customer, we retain the information you have entered.
If you do not register as a customer, all of your personal information
is completely removed from our electronic databases after we
ship your full purchase.
We Respect Your Privacy
If you send us personal correspondence (such as e-mail,
letters, or contest entries) we may collect and store it. We
will not disclose the contents of your correspondence except
with your permission. We will not send you e-mail except (a)
to complete an order, (b) in response to an e-mail of yours,
or (c) to inform you of special
events such as sales promotions at the Tuk Shop. These e-mails
will be restricted to a maximum of four events yearly, and you
will always be given the option to request that no further e-mails
be sent to you.

Children
Like you, we are concerned about the safety of children when they
use the Internet. We will never knowingly request personally identifiable
information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable
parental consent.
If we become aware that a customer is under the age of 13 and
has registered without verifiable parental consent, we will remove
his or her personally identifiable registration information from
our files. Please note: we may keep a record of that person's
name and address in a "do not register" file to avoid subsequent
registration by the same child.
