While we try to keep the Tuk Shop well-stocked, we may run
out of a popular item once in a while. When this happens, our
on-line store won't let you buy the out-of-stock product. If you
do want to place an order to get the item when it's back in stock,
call us at (780) 916-0973 and we'll put a "hold" on
it for you. When we get stock again, it'll wing its way toward
you.
Mail and Fax Shoppers
If you order one of our products by mail or by fax, and the
item is not in stock when we process your order, we will try to
contact you. If we reach you, you can tell us whether you want
the order to stand until the item comes into stock. Please see
